Our team confirms the price, availability and delivery before anything is paid, and nothing is reserved until then.

Yes, in Nairobi you can pay on delivery or at pickup after inspecting your item, by M-Pesa Till, M-Pesa Paybill or cash, as agreed with our team. Upcountry parcel orders are paid before dispatch. Nothing is paid on this website.

Delivery within Nairobi is free for orders over KSh 5,000 and a flat KSh 300 for smaller orders. Delivery to the rest of Kenya is a flat KSh 500 parcel fee by courier. Pickup in Nairobi is free.

Nairobi orders are dispatched the same day or the next morning after our team confirms them on WhatsApp, and a rider brings them to your door.

New phones and laptops have a 12-month warranty (plus the manufacturer's terms where given); Ex-UK or refurbished phones, wearables and laptops have 6 months; graphics cards have 3 months. The warranty starts on the day you receive or collect the item and does not cover physical or liquid damage, repairs by others, software tampering or normal wear.

Yes. If an item is faulty or not as described, tell us within 48 hours of receiving it and we will replace it or refund you, and we cover the return delivery. If you change your mind, you can return an unopened, unused and sealed item within 7 days and pay for the return delivery; opened beauty products, baby items that touch the body, opened electronics and special orders cannot be returned for a change of mind.
